SEY-First Practice Details.

All of the details...




Please have your athlete wear cleats (no metal), a girdle, their shirt and shorts and a mouthpiece! Your athlete should bring plenty of water -- please no sunflower seeds, no parent drop off inside the baseball field gates and no pets allowed.

We will have more sweatshirts, shirts and shorts to purchase before, during or after practice. TSHIRTS/SHORTS are $10 each and SWEATSHIRTS are $30 each.
